Stanley Park is a gem within the city.
Hike through 27km of west coast forest trails or jog, bike or rollerblade
the 8.8 km seawall in downtown Vancouver. Stanley Park has so
much to offer in every season. In the summer, you can hop on the train
and enjoy the beauty of the natural flora and fauna, relax, swim or enjoy
a picnic on the beach. Take in the colourful fall foliage display or
ride the ghost train for Halloween. If you are hungry, the park has several
cafes to get a quick bite or a latte. Enjoy a gourmet meal at one of the park’s four
restaurants if you prefer fine dining, complete with stunning views. Stanley’s Bar & Grill, The Teahouse, Prospect Point Bar &
Grill, Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant & Brewpub, but online
reservation is advisable.
After lunch or dinner, enjoy a romantic horse-drawn ride through the
park. Stanley Park is a natural gem and a favourite destination for locals and tourists.
Know before you go:
If you are driving and plan to explore the park facilities, consider
purchasing a parking pass for the day. You can use your
parking pass to visit different points of interest within the park.
If you stay in downtown Vancouver, you can rent a bicycle and
ride to the park.
Smoking or fire pits are not allowed anywhere in the park. Dogs are
Welcome, but you must be kept on a leash.
Please adhere to park speed limits, use caution and watch out for
cyclists and pedestrians.
Please do not feed wildlife in the park.
