Deas Island is a scenic park located along the Fraser river. The Park was named after John S Deas who established a salmon cannery on the island in 1873. Great place to spend the day relaxing by the water with family or friends. Climb the viewing tower for some eye-catching views of the Fraser River with the city backdrop. There is ample parking within the park, however this park is accessible by public transit.
