Kawkawa lake is in Hope BC is great for picnicking, camping, boating, swimming, canoeing, kayaking and fishing. For the fishing enthusiast this lake is best known for Kokanee but you can catch Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat, Pink Salmon and Coho as well. There is a boat ramp and a large grassy area for relaxing in the summer. The parking lot is small, so on busy summer weekends arrive early to secure a parking spot.
