Cultus Lake Main Beach, spend a full day of family fun in the sun. Great picnic area with swimming nearby in fresh water beaches. There are covered picnic areas and sandy areas to lounge and enjoy the beach. The main beach area is very popular and can be very busy during the summer months. There are two paid parking lots close by, lot A which is off Lakeshore Drive and lot B which is off Sunnyside Blvd. Visitors can enjoy boating, jet skiing, paddle boating, power boating, fishing, sailing and kayaking. There are boat and paddleboard rental. Want to spend the night? You can stay at Sunnyside campground but beware it is a very busy place during the summer. There are also Maple Bay campground and Delta Grove campgrounds, Clear Creek campground and Entrance Bay campground close by. There are also cabins for rent nearby. The park is also home to a rich wildlife including deer, coyote, several varieties of salmon and almost one hundred bird species.
Getting here is easy, from Seattle WA it’s roughly 2 hr 34 min via I-5 North. From Vancouver BC is 1 hr 20 min via Hwy 1 East.
