Duffey Lake Park

With pristine water and snow-capped Mount Rohr as a backdrop, Duffey lake looks like a perfect postcard. Accessible via Highway 99 North and is 2hr 45 min from Vancouver. The park is 4048 hectares of unspoiled nature with plenty of wildlife viewing opportunities. Other activities include hiking, boating, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. There is a gravel boat launch but no camping. The park is for day use only. There are small campsites close by if you want to stay overnight, they are Gott Creek, Cottonwood, Cinnamon Recreation sites. If you plan on spending several hours or the day at Duffey Lake, bring your own camping chairs and drinking water.
