Yale

The historic town of Yale was established in 1848 by the Hudson’s Bay Trading and located along the scenic Fraser Canyon. By 1858, the bustling town had a population of approximately 30,000 residents. People came from all parts of the world in search of gold along the Fraser River. Today, Yale’s population is less than 250 residents.
Directions: From Vancouver, take Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 E
Take exit 170 for BC-1 E toward Hope/Cache Creek/Prince George
Keep left, follow signs for Hope Town Centre/Cache Creek/Kamloops
Continue onto Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 E
